With less competition last night, the Thanksgiving-themed episode of The Middle finished first in the ratings.
"Thanksgiving III" was watched by 9.08 million people, down slightly from last week's 9.19m audience. The show finished first in total viewers and households, beating Fox's The X Factor by a million viewers. In the important adults 18-49 demographic, The Middle finished joint first with The X Factor, both garnering a 2.5/8 rating.
