Last night's episode of The Middle finished in third place and tied with its season low. ABC was squeezed from both sides by Fox's American Idol and CBS's Survivor.
"The Math Class" was watched by 7.86 million people and scored a 4.9/8 rating in households. The show also set a 2.3/7 rating in the key adults 18-49 demographic. The Middle finished third by all key metrics.
