Hallmark Channel acquires 'The Middle' Posted March 14 2012
Hallmark Channel today announced they had acquired the off-network syndication rights to The Middle. The family-friendly channel will begin airing the first 88 episodes of the show starting March 2014. Future series of the show will also join the rotation as they become available.
The Middle joins the ranks of The Golden Girls and Frasier, both of which have proved very successful for the Hallmark Channel. The Middle has also recently been sold in syndication to ABC Family and to local stations covering a large amount of the United States.
